CC BID Letter To Will Harvey
The following letter was e-mailed to IMVU's Will Harvey today. We will work towards an immediate follow up communication of an agenda of developer business growth and development concerns as assimilated from issues of concern posted on the forums by large numbers of developers over the past several months. Your input would be most valuable not only in the compilation of this document, but also in prioritizing the agenda items included.
Thank you in advance for your participation.

Subject: Introducing the Content Creators Business Interests Development (CC BID) Group
Dear Mr. Harvey,
I am writing to introduce you to the newly formed Content Creators Business Interests Development(CC BID) group. Our primary mission is to advocate the business interests of Internet content creators.
To that end our activities will include:
• Working together with Internet content creators (CC) to clearly define their business goals and objectives and to develop plans of action towards their achievement.
• Identifying and connecting CCs with available information, material and institutional resources toaid their business growth and development through increased knowledge and skills in the areas of business planning, development and operations.
• Building a network of US and international business consultants and advisors from the academic and corporate intellectual property law communities to provide CCs with an in depth knowledge of their legal rights and responsibilities as business owners.
• Building and foster effectively open lines of communication between CCs and the companies which use their service towards the improvement of activity planned and/or implemented which could adversely effect CC business operations.
• Collecting Internet content product, production and sales related data from a broad selection of social networking organizations through their CCs for the purpose of developing economic market and trend analysis to identify the highest and lowest performing companies in terms of economic opportunities for CCs.
• Building and fostering networks to link CCs with the widest possible selection of content creator business opportunities.
• Identifying areas of potential or actual rights violations and advocating for protection of the rights of content creators globally with their executive, legislative and judicial branches of government.
As an organization which uses the services of a very large number of Internet content creators who’s interests are represented by CC BID, we would like to establish and maintain an open and positive line of communication with IMVU towards the mutual benefit of IMVU’s content development objectives
and those of IMVU content creators who’s interests are represented by CC BID.
We’re a very new organization and feeling our way as we go. We urge your recognition of the fact that we are positioning to be an asset both to CCs and to your company as a source of readily available and current information on issues effecting the productivity and the profit making potential of CC
business operations.
With Best Regards,
Slnsual and ToraKuo

I was wondering if Mr. Will Harvey has cared enough to answer your letter? Or if he has chosen to ignore it hoping it will go away? Seems that an ostrich is the best term for him.
I was also wondering if he took the time to respond..... I only create stickers ... mostly flowers of my own.. and some requests.... I didn't intend to do it for profit, merely to share the gifts mother nature has given me..and the Love my gramma had for them. I would love to design some skins for dresses and garden rooms and furniture using my real flowers and nature photos. But with all the turmoil since july of 2007.. I have been very hesitant..and now a new "Derive Fee" on stickers... majority of what little profit i do make goes into submitting new stickers and gifting them away as kind gestures, but now do i have to raise all my prices to compensate? plus an eternal wait to see if they pass review? and if some user is mad at imvu and abuses the peer review, and one of my flowers fails to pass. I lose my 250 in creds? That's what I would like IMVU to answer in full.
Your statement "COMMUNICATION" is imvu's biggest downfall and may in the long run cripple them... while Will laffs all the way to the bank.......Let's hope thats not the case and imvu's lawyers take imvu's muzzles off.
